Dolphin Doula Service Areas
Dolphin Doulas service the entire Bay Area. We want your doula to be close to you so we have a doula team on each side of the bay and more teams forming soon! All of our doulas have the same extensive training, provide consistent, extraordinary support, and abide by the rigorous code of conduct that Dolphin Doulas are known for throughout the Peninsula.
Please see the list below to determine the appropriate team for you to meet based on your home and hospital location.
Peninsula Team
If you are delivering at a hospital located in San Francisco or on the Peninsula such as Mills-Peninsula, Sequoia, Kaiser Redwood City, Stanford or El Camino; you will want to attend the Meet the Doula Night in San Mateo with our Peninsula Team.
East Bay Team
If you are delivering on the East Bay at hospitals like Hayward Kaiser, Oakland Kaiser, Washington Hospital in Fremont, St. Rose in Hayward, Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, Alta Bates in Berkeley; you will want to attend the Meet the Doula Night in Oakland with our East Bay Team.

Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga
Prenatal Yoga classes are held Nandi Yoga in San Mateo. All Prenatal Yoga teachers at Nandi have been trained by Jennifer Wolfe in her active Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga style.
